i worked at the adidas originals store in Dallas Texas, and its against company policy to allow anyone that's not otherwise pre-approved to film, take picture or anything of the nature. It had nothing to do with you being black, yellow or blue; in other words she was doing her job. I asked and escorted plenty of people in our store who were doing the same of all ages and races. So defacing the shoes was worthless homie, she like anyone in her position was only doing her job because again its company policy to never allow anyone to record or take pictures of anything in the store.

You must not have watched the video. She can tell me to turn off my camera, but she can not put her hands on me or my camera, and then after I left the store she snitched to the police.

You sound like a snitch yourself. Stop snitchin'.

well it's illegal to record in private places such as stores. go film in a Nike Town in the open, and im sure they would tell you to turn it off as well. and if you don't co-operate im sure they'll call security as well.
