Earlier today at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), Nike and Microsoft unveiled the Nike+ Kinect exclusively for the XBox 360. The Kinect technology allows the personal trainers within the experience to see how your body moves, assess your physical strengths and athleticism, identify areas for improvement, and create a personalized workout plan to help you achieve your personal best. The experience also features real time feedback to help ensure that form and movements are correct.
You will also be allowed to engage in challenges, send encouragement to friends, and a mobile application that can help to keep you on track. The “Nike+Kinect Training” will be available only on the Xbox 360 this holiday season.
