Welcoming Myself To The Sneakertube.TV Blog

First and foremost I want to say that this is truly a blessing to be working with a very diverse and creative team. Shout out to Premium Pete and the rest of the sneakertube.tv family for inviting me into the family. Now that we have that out the way (j/k) “Allow me to reintroduce myself….” My name is Teko (you pronounce that like Tee Ko, not Tech Ko in case you were wondering!) aka Teek aka SoleSurvivorDetroit. A little about me is that I am just a regular dude that just so happens to love all types of sneakers and footwear…sometimes I think more so than other people….but not in a freaked out way. HA. Don’t get it twisted, I try to tell others around me all time that are into this “sneaker game” to make sure your priorities are always in order First…take care of home!

Speaking of home I am a father of 1 beautiful Tyler Marie and my wife Erica who also support my sneaker addiction. Heck, their kick game is meaner than I couple dudes I know! I am a huge advocate of making sure you are educated about what’s on you feet. The thing that I love about sneakers is that they always seem to carry some sort of story along with them. No matter if that story is from the brand that put them out or from the people who wear them. Far as my collection goes and what’s in it..you can say I have a few pairs hanging around. I primarily wear Nike and Jordan but also have other brands like Adidas, Converse, Reebok, etc thrown in there too. I am a huge jokester and love to make people laugh…life is too short and I feel like you need to embrace it everyday no matter good or bad. Alright, enough church and back to what you all can expect from me.
